Moulding Section
Moulding machines of 600, 450 and 300 capacities. Moulding boxes of 850 X 700, 600 X 700, 500 X 600 mm with height from 150 mm to 350 mm. Auto cycle Sand plant, knockout, sand cooler, intensive mixer with capacity to handle 17 tones sand per hour.
Core Section
Coldbox core making facilities from 5 kg to 15 kg. Cores upto 50 Kg. are outsourced from local vendors. .
Pouring Section
Monorail pouring system with 250 kg. ladels to transport and pour liquid metal.
